Each In-Person BPT Weekend Clinic is presented in-person by the original founders of this one-of-a-kind pilot training program.
Custom-designed for pilots and owners of Bonanzas, Barons, Travel Airs, Twin Bonanzas and Dukes, BPT’s unique type-specific and recurrent in-person weekend clinics offer full-immersion training in your own aircraft.
During the weekend Clinic, you will receive a full day of intensive ground school and up to 4 hours of flight instruction in your aircraft with one of the world’s finest, most qualified, standardized Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs).

Track #2:
Ground School Only + Fly Later
Perfect for busy pilots, attend the in-person Ground School now, then fly later with a certified BPT instructor when it suits your schedule. This option is ideal for experienced pilots who need flexibility without sacrificing training depth.

Track #3:

Because You Demand the Very Best.
In high-performance Beech Bonanza, Baron, Travel Air and Duke aircraft, complacency isn’t an option. These aren’t puddle-jumpers — they are complex machines that demand sharp reflexes, clear communication, and solid systems knowledge. That’s why Bonanza / Baron Pilot Training [BPT] is for owners like you: confident aviators seeking to refine, refresh, and recommit to safer, smarter flying. Each of BPT’s 4 World-Class Training Tracks includes:

Advanced Flight Review:
Go beyond the basics. Practice emergency procedures, refine autopilot use, and review aircraft-specific best practices—all in your aircraft.

IFR Mastery:
Controlled airspace is a dynamic environment. Our clinics reinforce procedures for busy IFR flight scenarios, including precision approaches and efficient route management.

ATC Communication Skills:
Radio work isn’t just talk—it’s tactical. Hone clear, concise interactions with ATC, especially in complex and high-density areas.

Glass Panel Proficiency:
Learn to fully leverage your G1000, Aspen, Garmin, or other avionics suites. We bridge the gap between familiarity and fluency.

Seasonal Safety Refresh:
Winter weather flying requires extra caution. BPT helps you prepare for cold fronts, icy runways, and low vis conditions with a review of best practices.

World-Class Instructors
Our CFIs not only have thousands of hours – they each have thousands of hours in your type aircraft. At the end of the clinic, you will receive endorsements for your flight review (BFR) and instrument proficiency check (IPC) providing all qualifications are met, as well as a course completion certificate satisfying the recurrent flight training requirements of your insurance company.

Insurance Advantages of
BPT Training
Speaking of aircraft insurance, BPT enjoys the highest level of acceptance throughout the aviation insurance industry. This is a result of the depth and quality of BPT ground and flight training, along with the experience and standardization of its instructors. As a result, pilots who complete BPT training receive the highest premium discounts offered for their aircraft insurance.
